My client is a growing estate planning company based in Norwich with clients nationwide,

My client has over 20 years of experience in the estate planning sector and form a part of their larger parent group of financial planners, mortgage advisors, accountants and solicitors.

My client is a professional, fast-paced and supportive company and their goal is to provide the best advice and professional service to their clients.

My client is looking for a suitable individual to become part of their Business Support Team, someone who can provide a full range of business administrative duties and support to their advisor team and client base. You will become part of a growing team who work closely on a daily basis to assist with the management of the organisations client’s legal paperwork and queries, whether by phone, mail or email.

This role will suit an individual with a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, someone who is also highly motivated and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful individual will be assisting the business and their clients in the end-to-end process of work being completed for them, as well as dealing with multiple legal documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney and trusts, and therefore time management and prioritising are essential skills within this position.

Key duties include:
· Client case management
· Preparation of client legal documents for signing
· First point of contact for enquiries from clients and advisors
· Checking and completion of client’s legal documents
· Liaising with clients on the progress of their case
· Understanding the back-office systems
· Strong communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
· Contributing to new ideas on how to develop the business further

Key Requirements:
· Work well within a team
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication skills
· Good literacy and grammar skills
· Keen attitude to learn
· Ability to juggle numerous activities at once
· Potential background or knowledge of the estate planning sector (not essential)

This role is a permanent, full-time vacancy, salary available is £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year, dependent on experience
