Job description

Director of Product

Department: Product

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Manchester, UK

Reporting To: Simon Dance

Description

Our mission is to inform and connect every organization’s greatest asset: its people. We transform how a business communicates to engage employees and creating a more productive workplace. We are headquartered in Manchester (UK) and have offices in New York and Tulsa (US).

Interact is self-funded. Interact has grown organically since inception through the reinvestment of profits into the business. Since our earliest days this has been incredibly important in providing freedom to shape the company and business practices. Interact owns its intellectual property. We built and created Interact (the product) from the ground up. We are not a reseller that white labels and implements other companies’ products. Interact is more than an intranet company. We started as a small web development company creating websites and custom applications. By fortune we ended up creating intranet software that the market loved. We’re an intranet company. A software company. A cloud company.

To deliver on our mission, we live by our 4 core values: We put people first; We enjoy working differently; We fix things; We take pride in everything. These were created by employees, for employees. They were not designed to be aspirational: they are principles we already live and work by at Interact.

Introduction to the role.

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product to lead our product development team and drive the evolution of our intranet software platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
