Job description
Key Responsibilities as the Head of Organisational Development are:
- Resourcing:
- Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead modern recruitment processes, ensuring agility in a competitive market.
- Drive a comprehensive induction program, fostering engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I):
- Lead the charge in building an inclusive and diverse work culture.
- Drive the delivery of the EDI Strategy, advocating for initiatives and shaping a strong EDI culture.
- Actively participate in the Foundation's EDI Committee, assessing and recommending improvements.
- Learning, Development, and Apprenticeships:
- Drive annual L&D activity and oversee mandatory training via the Learning platform.
- Manage apprenticeship programs, supporting recruitment and efficient administration processes.
- Talent Management and Performance:
- Review and strengthen appraisal and performance development frameworks.
- Develop a talent management proposition aligned with the company values.
- Data and Insights:
- Contribute to the development of the iTrent system and HR data dashboard.
- Measure the impact of HR strategies using data analytics.
- Other:
- Work closely with senior HR staff and attend committees, presenting papers and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead the development of the company's policy framework within your remit.
