Field Sales Manager  - Heavy Plant Machinery/Civil Engineering

This key role will use your civil engineering knowledge and sales expertise to impact a growing business where you will manage your diary and access uncapped commission, car allowance and a company bonus.

With a successful track record in Civil Engineering, this company designs and manufactures cutting-edge safety systems for industrial products used in Construction. This role offers great opportunities to make high amounts of uncapped commission.  

Working as a Field Sales Manager, you are required to bring new business and arrange meetings with customers across the UK. You need to be based centrally as you will have to commute to Leeds once per month. Furthermore, their headquarters are in Poole, where you will need to travel every quarter; therefore, you need to be comfortable travelling to a wide range of locations around the UK.

Ideally, you must be proactive and have experience working with Plant Hire companies such as GAP, Lynch, Flannery, Speedy, or others. This role could be ideal for a Technical Sales candidate with good Heavy Plant Machinery knowledge ready to manage the entire sales process and grow their clientele.

There is a clear path to progress and move into account management, where you will manage client relationships and be able to make more commissions.

This role is looking for:

• Experience within Plant Hire companies.
• Experience in Sales.
• Proactive attitude.
