Overview
One of our clients, a successful and growing digital agency based in Guildford, are looking for an experienced .Net Developer to join their team.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Main Duties
- Supporting existing websites and services
- Developing new websites on, or creating components for Kentico CMS
- Migrating sites/content between systems
- Ensuring sites are running smoothly, conducting performance reviews/analysis
- Creating technical specifications/diagrams
- Accurately estimating tasks
- Setting up server environments in Azure or Rackspace
- Bug fixing existing code
- Managing local development environments
- Helping support the internal IT infrastructure
Key Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in ASP.NET (WebForms/MVC) + (C#)
- SQL Server (2008/2012/2016)
- Git/SVN
- Experience of creating technical / functional specifications
- HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, AJAX
- Website accessibility standards
- Good knowledge of IIS and FTP setup
- Strong analytical skills
- Good people skills and the ability to interact effectively with other members of the team and clients
