Required Skills:

Candidate must be a self motivated individual who is knowledgeable in the trade of heavy diesel mechanics.
This person will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Must be a Resident of PEI

Job Experience:

Experience would be an asset

Work Schedule:

Some overtime, Week-ends, Evenings, Weekdays

Job Description:
Coordinate the repair and upkeep of a commercial trucking fleet.
Assist the farm team in maintenance of other heavy equipment and Farm equipment.
This person will be responsible for every aspect of running a modern day diesel repair shop, from ordering parts to ensuring vehicles possess valid highway safety stickers.
Organizing/stocking of parts
Repair logs and the general upkeep/cleanliness of the workshop area.
Monday-Friday work schedule, but during peak planting/harvesting work hours will vary

Wages:

$25.00 - $40.00
