We are currently recruiting for a passionate Head Barista who speaks the language of coffee and breathes the joy of delivering exemplary customer service.
The location is a unique flagship operation in Surrey that will have a busy retail service with modern restaurant, hospitality with break out areas and a state of the art coffee pod. The team will be energetic, enthusiastic and have fun doing what they love!
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate owning the coffee operation by providing an outstanding customer experience and leading the team in delivering the same - with a smile!
• Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person!
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Must have previous experience within the food service/hospitality world
• Previous experience in a Head Barista or Head of Coffee role will be a major advantage
• Previous experience in supervising staff in a catering environment, dealing with stock control and ordering provisions is essential
• Excellent listening & verbal communication skills
• Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding customer service
• Perpetuates company philosophy and culture
• Works according to the Company’s core values
