Role: Chartered General Practice Surveyor

Location: Hampshire

Contract: 3-months ongoing

Pay: Inside IR35 - Negotiable

Spencer Clarke Group are currently seeking an experienced Chartered General Practice Surveyor on behalf of our client, a Local Authority in Hampshire. You will primarily handle landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, open market rent reviews, and a full range of GP surveying duties.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals and open market rent reviews.

Manage a diverse range of GP surveying duties.

Report to the Head of Commercial Property and work closely with the team to uplift and update the commercial property portfolio.

Requirements

Chartered General Practice Surveyor with relevant qualifications.

Proven experience in landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, and open market rent reviews.

Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
