Job description
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a SQL Developer for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £500/day (Inside IR35). This role will be mainly remote based.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage, administer, and improve the organisation’s SQL infrastructure.
- Review, scope, document, and implement new SQL demand.
- Technical leadership in architecture, development and deployment of primarily Microsoft SQL based solutions
- Liaise with the business and 3rd parties to design, document, and implement SQL solutions.
- Develop IP, best practices and knowledge assets to be re-usable and shared across the organisation’s community
- Actively contribute to a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
