Job description
Our client, based on the outskirts of Reading near junction 11 of the M4 are recruiting for an AR Accounts Assistant on a hybrid permanent basis. You will be required to work in the Reading office one day per week, with four days from home.
Main Duties of Job
- Raise customer invoices after receiving Sign Off from the Project Manager (PM) and customer, making sure relevant checks have taken place e.g matching it to the customer's PO, checking all kit is on site etc
- Complete internal invoice documentation
- Manage both the Digital and AV sign off mailboxes
- Send invoices out to customers
- Assist AR Supervisor with vesting certificates and payment applications
- Assist credit manager with responding to customer queries relating to invoices and escalating to other teams where necessary
- Support operations team with chasing PMs for sign offs once a job is complete
- Supporting Finance team as and when required
