Job Description
We’re looking for a positive, collaborative, people-focused Sales and Database Administrator to join our Sales team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive sales and contracts database administration to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Work with your Sales team colleagues to ensure a customer centric service is always provided, providing the client with a seamless, professional, and engaged service level.
- Develop your knowledge and understanding of our suite of client installations to grow your ability to interpret technical design, drawings, cost estimations and specification of systems and solutions, allowing you to continually develop your competencies as necessary, for supporting the inhouse Sales, Technical and Project teams and providing excellent services to our customers.
- Responsible for sourcing viable commercial leads via various public access or fee-based contract databases.
- Work as part of our Sales team, and alongside our Technical and Projects teams, to ensure full and accurate documentation can be provided to the client for deal sign-off.
- Work to the Sales function processes and with our systems to create a full and accurate sales document pack, to the required standard, necessary to provide to your sales and projects colleagues.
- Develop sales leads in your own right taking sales through each stage of the process from initial contact to deal close with a signed contract, thereafter, working alongside our inhouse Project team to deliver the contract ensuring full customer satisfaction at each stage of the process.
- Partner with the inhouse technical colleagues to ensure the effective production of detailed technical estimates for client sign-off, and Purchase Order approval.
- Develop and deliver Sales team reporting on behalf of the Sales team leader.
- Be recognised by colleagues and customers alike as a friendly and helpful professional every ready and able to support them access the support they need.

- Passionate about technology with demonstrable sales support administration experience, in a technical role.
- Experienced in contracts and tender administration.

- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently to a high standard to meet the expectations of the role.

Desirable
- Relevant technical educational background.
- Experience of working within the Audio Visual or a technical industry.
- Sales environment experience gained in either the European or UK markets for either: Health & Fitness, IT, Hospitality & Leisure, Retail, Education, Corporate, Banking, Medical & Wellness, or similar.
