18 months fixed term
Are you an enthusiastic marketeer with experience of managing complex marketing requirements to deliver brilliant customer outcomes, as part of broader projects and programmes? If so, we could have just the opportunity for you!
We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join us on a 18 Month fixed term contract or secondment ( With a view to extend), to be an integral part of a game changing project taking place in the health business.
As part of this project, we’ll be reviewing and enhancing the way we communicate with all audiences throughout the entire journey – looking at how we create the best possible experience for customers and intermediaries across Consumer, SME, and Large Corporate business.
A bit about the job:
The Marketing Communications Manager will manage and play a hands on role in delivery of all marketing owned content and literature required by the project.
You will ensure all identified assets, templates, and documents are created, approved and delivered to key project milestones and take into account mutual dependencies.
The role holder will have a coordinated approach with other content owners and support requests and queries from the project value streams for marketing collateral to support online journeys and requirements as necessary.
You will be an integral part of the communications value stream, managing delivery on time and to budget, maintaining high levels or visibility and communication with the project at all times.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience of working as part of a complex change project or programme – accomplished team player and stakeholder manager
Regulatory knowledge, especially around the Adviser / Broker market – understanding that marketing collateral must always be legally and ethically compliant in all channels.
Ability to learn and work adeptly across multiple systems, salesforce, email platforms and document approval systems.
Organised and driven to deliver - especially when working to tight deadlines and a range of key stakeholders.
Excellent planning and influencing

Starting salary National Circa £50k and London Circa £60k(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
