CQC Registered Manager- Ipswich * Full Time hours * £62,000 to £65,000 per annum- (Depending on Experience and Qualifications.) * Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm (With expectations to work the hours needed for the home to run efficiently). This role could be for you if you have: Previous management experience in a Nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. Previous - Good CQC track record. Longevity in previous roles and a passion for working in care. *A registered Nurse with valid PIN is desirable but not essential for this position as you will be supported in the home by a Clinical Deputy Manager.
