Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by showcasing Our Client’s capabilities to prospective clients, securing and delivering consulting projects.
- Understand client requirements to deliver clear, comprehensive proposals in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Director of Research.
- Lead, coordinate, and personally conduct high-quality research and consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure.
- Engage in primary and secondary research through various methods, including proactive calls, industry events, and detailed data analysis.
- Craft and present clear, impactful reports and findings to clients and at industry events.
- Maintain and expand a personal network within the industry, contributing to Our Client's market-leading intelligence services.
- Participate actively in client meetings, including presenting at external offices and industry events.
- Feedback valuable insights to the research team to enhance the relevance and quality of intelligence services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or numeric discipline from a leading institution; post-graduate study advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in engineering, operations, research, strategy, or consulting.
- Deep knowledge of the offshore wind industry and energy markets.
- Proven track record in business development, client engagement, and proposal writing.
- Exceptional project management skills, able to manage both personal workload and the work of others under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written form.
- Strong numerical and statistical skills, proficient in analysis and forecasting using MS Excel.
- Confident in face-to-face engagement and problem-solving.
- Willingness for office-based, hybrid, or remote work, with regular office visits if remote.
