Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Company Overview:

A historic Gloucester Law firm are looking to add an experienced Corporate Commercial fee earner due to steady and substantial growth within the firm. The ideal fee earner will have at least 3PQE+ and will be stepping into an active caseload of high-quality work.

Role Overview:

The firm work with local businesses in the Gloucester and wider area, dealing with established businesses and entrepreneurial companies across leisure, care, and agricultural sectors for example.

As a trusted advisor to a established and new clients you will be assisting them with

• Acquisitions, mergers, disposals, and re-structuring
• Company Law
• Foundations of setting up a business
• Share sales and asset sales
• Commercial Contracts
• Partnership agreements and shareholder agreements

Working Pattern:

35 Hours Working week with, 5 chargeable hours a day

The firm operate with a degree of flexibility to working hours and can even offer hybrid working - many of their professionals and team are often found working in the firm owing to the open and collegiate culture they promote with typically 3 day's a week in the office
