Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Tele Sales Representatives to join one of the largest importers and distributors of packaging products in the UK.

What's on offer? Permanent opportunity, with a working week of 37.5 hours per week; paid at a competitive rate of £22,000 to £24,000 per annum.

Working as a Tele Sales Representative your duties and responsibilities will include promoting, selling and obtaining orders from prospective customers over the phone. Combined with:

• Making outbound calls to generate sales
• Building B2B relationships with customers
• Discussing products and services, assisting customers in selecting those that are best suited for them
• Documenting customer information and utilising information already collated

To be successful within this sales role , you will ideally have previous tele sales experience. Combined with:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• The patience and ability engage customers in conversation
• Good sales ability
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
• Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
