Job description
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited too, the below:
- Matching purchase invoices / resolving queries
- Preparing payment runs /payment preparation
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Credit card / expense claim processing
- Annual audit and statutory accounts production - analysis and support
- Absence cover for preparation of payroll import/ job/project P&L reports
- Ad Hoc duties per business requirements
