A highly regarded law firm, with expertise in the charity sector.

Description

As a corporate solicitor you will be advising on a broad range of corporate matters such as private M&A, joint ventures, and some fundraiser matters. You will also be advising on some commercial contract matters.

Profile

The successful corporate solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who has broad corporate and commercial experience. Having previous worked in the charity sector would be beneficial but not essential.
