We have an opportunity for a person to join our team as a Retail Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer care, focus on building good relationships and provide excellent customer advice through product knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, offering assistance and providing product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Bathe Botanicals products to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently including cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Actively promote and upsell products to maximise sales and meet targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and samples to showcase the effectiveness and quality of products.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels and replenishing products on the shop floor.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor, shelves and displays.
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising strategies and seasonal promotions.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Work closely with the store team to achieve overall sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for customers.
- Support other team members during busy periods or as required.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create social media content and monitor platforms such as Instagram/TikTok/Facebook for customer queries.
- Pack and post retail online orders.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Interest in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, actively listen to customers and address their concerns effectively.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised store.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings as per the store's schedule.
- Good communication.
- Basic computer skills.
