Service Desk Analyst â 1st Line, Office 365, Windows â to £26K + excellent benefits + progression to 2nd Line â Bury/remote/hybrid
We are looking for a passionate Service Desk Analyst/First Line who wants to work within a vibrant fast paced organisation with excellent opportunity for progression into 2nd Line.
You will have strong Service Desk, 1st line support experience with good knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11 and excellent communication customer services skills.
The role will involve working as part of a team, support 1,000 users over multiple sites, dealing with all aspects of 1stline service desk support, over the phone, via email, remotely and face to face, liaising with internal teams. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic organisation.
The role will require 3 days on site in Bury.
