Position: Commis Sommelier
Salary: £24,570 P/A + Service Charge:
Establishment: Fine Dining Restaurant Hotel
Location: Newbury
Hours: 45 hours per week, 5/7 Days
Staff Accommodation: £279.90 - £350.00 per month inclusive of bills
A luxury hotel based in Nr Newbury, Berkshire is looking for Commis Sommelier to assist in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer guest expectations when it comes to all things wine related. The wine list is constantly evolving and continue to seek out the very best bottles from around the globe.
The ideal candidate can be at lower Sommelier level however good exposure to new, natural and classic wines, WSET qualified, great people management skills and a genuine passion for all things wine is required for this role. The wine team is known for their warm, friendly approach, and so an individual who share this passion is a must.
