Job Title:  Learning Coordinator (Part Time)

Salary: £9,600 - 10,400 per annum for 16 hours per week (£24-26k FT Equivalent)

Term: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract (16 hours per week)

Location:  UK Remote (commutable to Slough Office, for induction, if possible)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organised, accountable Learning Coordinator to support the global roll out of their end clients new learning workshop programme, over the next 9 months, who can execute with excellence.

Requirements:

• Diligent and also a good independent worker.
• Highly organised and with the ability to communicate and manage expectations
• Coordinating with local teams in different countries, facilitators, and the learning academy team:
• Setting up meetings (kick off, status check ins, etc) as per the existing engagement plan
• Briefing a local team what needs to be in place as per the existing logistics brief and confirming it’s been done as per checklists
• Organising access to tools for participants of the workshop as per existing process
• Briefing facilitators on logistics before the workshops as per existing process

• Op model, templates and checklists are in place
• Previous Learning and/or Digital Marketing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
