Job description
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the UK and international markets
· Lead, mentor and develop the sales, marketing, export, service, commercial projects teams (circa 70 employees), providing guidance and an environment in which they can thrive and achieve their potential
· Oversee the management and development of key customers, fostering strong working relationships to drive both UK and Export growth
· Continue the growth of Coopers Fire across global markets into new territories, assessing the market potential and identifying and developing relationships with new distributors · Lead the marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, marketing positioning and customer engagement delivering on marketing projects · Ensure the successful delivery of projects and installations driving a culture of excellence , client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards · Provide strategic direction for the service and maintenance department, driving growth through a structured approach to sales, delivery and resourcing within the team · Take ownership of financial performance metrics, working to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining and improving margins · Drive high performing teams through excellent leadership, management, development opportunities and engagementJob tags
