Following the fantastic success of the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care, we continue to extend the programme nationally. The Department of Social Care and Social Work are recruiting a full-time, permanent Senior Lecturer in Health and Social Care Leadership to join our thriving team and work with our diverse student community. We are working with the NHS Leadership Academy and have incorporated the prestigious Mary Seacole Award into the programme. We are seeking someone with experience in leadership and management in roles aligned to health and social care.
About you:
The ideal candidate should have teaching experience and a creative approach to designing and delivering HE curriculum at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels health and social care leadership. This role requires a versatile approach and ability to contribute to a team.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills. You will also have considerable knowledge and practice experience of working in health and social care practice.

You will be expected to contribute to the Department's taught undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio particularly the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Programme (Health and Social Care.
