Job description

Operations Officer (Hybrid) needed in Cardiff, £13.63phPAYE – Reference: 5245176

To support the Assessment Research Group’s (ARG) operational and administrative functions, provide key coordination and logistical support to the delivery of specific projects and programmes, and maintain, review and improve current systems. This is includes event and meeting organisation and the administration of research grants schemes run by the ARG. Applies authoritative understanding of systems and processes to overcome day-to-day problems and ensure things run smoothly in order to support positioning the ARG and theclientas an authority in English language assessment.

To communicate with a range of internal (within Exams and across other teams within the organisation) and external stakeholders (incl. vendors, professional associations and professionals in the ELT field) in carrying out the role responsibilities to maintain and develop key ARG relationships in the sector.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
