Job description

We are a rapidly growing Marketing Training and Full Service Agency located in Hartlepool. We work with business owners from all over the world (mainly in the UK, USA as well as Canada, Australia) and we help them to grow more successful businesses using better Sales and Marketing strategies.

The founder of the company is an Instagram Verified Influencer, a 4 x Amazon Best selling Author on the subject of Marketing and Sales, and a former professional football Physical Therapist who grew his own successful physiotherapy company from the ground up. He now shares his business skills and knowledge with others worldwide.

We have experienced rapid growth in the 48 months that we have been operating and in that time have gone from a one person start up – to £4 million plus in annual sales. The founder has moved from the UK to the USA to continue to expand the growth of the company. We now have multiple team members in the Celebration office (as well as many in the UK) and are adding more staff to the UK team in other departments to cope with demand. We are now able to offer you an opportunity to help us to continue the expansion of our marketing company with a role in our Customer Service / Operations team.

Your primary role will be develop a strong relationship with our ever expanding client base (now well over 3000) providing product support and advice to our high level clients and ultimately keeping our retention rates high.  

Because we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a full-time client success co-ordinator. In this role you’ll have the important task of being the first point of contact with our clients. You should have previous experience in admin/office work and have a strong focus on customer service. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. Please ONLY apply if you have worked in a customer service environment.

You must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter. Being “organized” should be a top priority in your life and must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your day. You must be comfortable taking payments, talking about money and comfortable handling customer concerns and questions about cost. Key Responsibilities:

· Develop strong relationship with our clients (via phone and email)

· Win back/reactivate “lost” members/customers

· Communicate with clients about how our products and services can help them meet those outcomes/opportunities faster

· Ensure customers are excited about their purchases

· Ensure payment are set up and taken on time

· Develop and regularly update the procedures library so that every aspect of the role is document and can be achieved by anyone else in the business

What You Need:

· Great Telephone Communication Skills– you should very comfortable on the phone and able to put a new client at ease very quickly

· Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to build strong relationship with a new lead or client (or lost clients)

· Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project

· Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.

· Verbal Skills: able to ask great questions that will allow us to find out how we can best help and support our clients

· Intelligence: Learns quickly. Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information

· Organization and planning: Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities and never misses deadlines or forgets to show up for pre-set calls.

· KPI focused –previous employment and success within a KPI driven company
