We are proud to partner with a leading Service industry provider who specialises in providing a variety of automation, electrical engineering and ICT for industry throughout New Zealand now seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join their existing team. With over 100 multidisciplinary staff and a solid reputation in the industry you will enjoy a varied technical environment working with leading edge technologies in a collaborative and driven environment.
About the role:
As a Senior Automation Engineer within the organisation you will be involved in a variety of end-end design and automation projects working with key platforms such as Allen Bradley, Wonderware and Schneider. Working in a collaborative environment you will interface with key clients, colleagues and various work parties on a wide array of project works.
To succeed in the role you will have:
- A relevant electrical engineering qualification/BE Electrical
- Over 6 years working experience in a Senior Automation Engineer role
- A collaborative nature with great interpersonal skills
- The natural ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- High level of organisation and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- A commitment to living and working in the South Canterbury region,
