Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham, UK

Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Salary - £50,000 - £57,000 PA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our professional services organisation based in Birmingham, UK. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand, drive lead generation, and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Manager will lead a team of two and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CMO and senior leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  3. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  4. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and collateral, maintaining brand guidelines and identity.
  5. Content Creation: Drive the development of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  6. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and follow-up.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team to optimise campaigns and drive results.
  8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
