Child Care Support Worker - Make a Difference in Caerphilly!

Join a Local Authority in Caerphillyas a Child Care Support Worker,where you will play a crucial role in providing support to Personal Advisors and Social Workers within their Locality Team!
Within this role you will support children and their families to have safe and appropriate supervised family time in accordance with their individual care plans.
Responsibilities:
Team Support: Collaborate with Personal Advisors and Social Workers to complete various tasks, including online applications and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
Transportation Assistance:Assist in transporting young people to appointments, ensuring their access to essential services and activities.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, appointments, and progress made by young people under the team's care. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
