HR Assistant:
We are pleased to be offering a role at a leading manufacturing business in the Blackpool area. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful applicant will become part of a friendly and supportive team environment with great opportunities to progress. This is a permanent and full-time position which will provide the right candidate with the chance to hone their skills in this exciting industry.
What the role will entail:
- Be the first point of contact for general enquiries and escalate cases to the Director where appropriate
- Logging absences and sickness into the company system
- Administrative duties to support the HR team such as pre-employment checks and contacting references
- Liaising with key stakeholders via phone and email
- Assisting the HR Director by setting up meetings, issuing employment contracts and giving general support
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships with the HR team and employees
- Strong attention to detail accompanied by the ability to work to deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident with IT systems and able to use these products in a productive capacity
What we require from you:
- CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards this during the role
- Experience in Human Resources for at least 1 year
What's on Offer:
- Salary of £20,000 - £23,000
