The Aftermarket Contracts Manager
The Aftermarket Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing aftermarket services implementation, which encompass Extended Warranty and Service Contracts, catering to our Global Distributor network and Subsidiaries. The role involves a focus on Planned Maintenance, Extended Warranty, and Repair and Maintenance Programs within the aftermarket contract business. Key responsibilities of this role include the management of our Dealer network, involving regular engagement to guide and motivate key decision-makers. A comprehensive understanding of extended warranties, maintenance contracts, and a firm grasp of the competitive landscape in sectors such as agriculture, construction, and industrial settings is essential.Job tags
