Medical Receptionist

Immediate start

Prestwich

£11.50 per Hour

Full time Monday-Friday, Ongoing contract

Office Angels Manchester are proudly supporting a charity based in Prestwich who require front of house/admin support.

Duties could include:

• Reception


• Data entry of internal records


• Filing/scanning


• Meeting patients on arrival and offering refreshments


• Updating patient appointments


• Dealing with email and general enquiries


• General administration tasks as directed

Skills required:

• Good communication written and verbal


• Exceptional organisational skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Strong telephone manner


• Experience of relevant software including MS word, Excel and outlook

Please note candidates should be available for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
