A leading managed IT support services company have an immediate requirement for an experienced 2nd line support engineer to join them.

Location: Wimbledon, SW19 3DB

Key Skills: Network Support, IT Support, Window 10, Office 365, Active Directory

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

It is essential you have a good Networking experience and supported Microsoft platforms for several years. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be talking with clients and also attending client offices to provide support.

• A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated performance in a Network / IT support role.
• Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
• Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems – Windows 10 Image builds using SCCM
• Use of and understanding of IT Tools, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange

You will be based from the office in Wimbledon with occasional client visits in and around the London area.
