Site Manager - Fulham

Our client is a specialist subcontractor that works on high end commercial projects across London. Their product is incredibly niche and they are market leaders in what they do.

They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to work on a project that runs through till the Summer. The right candidate will have a strong background managing projects for a subcontractor on a main contractor site. This an excellent opportunity to work with an established company that work on landmark projects!

The ideal Site Manager will have:

• Minimum of 1 years Site Management experience as a Subcontractor on a Main Contractor site
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Black Card
• Experience handling exclusive clients and architects
• Experience using Aconex, Fieldview, Astra, 4P or similar
• Running labour and directing sub-contractors

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Fulham
• Salary: £250 to £280 per day
