Office Administrator

Belfast 

£25,000 per annum 

A leading manufacturer and installer of architectural glazing systems is looking for a new office administrator to join their growing team!

What you will do:

• Answering telephones / Emails.
• Excel spreadsheets.
• Processing paperwork.
• Handling data will require a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Typing letters.
• General office duties.
• Dealing with employee’s flights, accommodation and expenses.
• Helping with sales/ purchase ledger.

What you need to have: 

• At least 1 year’s office administration experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Construction industry experience would be desirable.
