£27,000 base salary
£50,000 OTE
J ob Type / Category We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, full time experienced Lettings Manager to work within our clients busy office. Their main aim is to offer a proactive approach with great customer service for all their customers and to continue to grow towards being the area’s favourite estate agents.
Job Summary - Opportunity to build the Lettings department in one of our clients prime areas.
- The main purpose of the Lettings Manager role is to maximize the overall income and profitability.
- You will also need to meet agreed personal targets and conduct market appraisals efficiently.
- You will be required to manage and mentor lettings team members to ensure they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- You will manage the daily operation of the lettings department and host morning meetings, making sure they are focused and helpful.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Previous Lettings experience required, minimum 4 years.
- Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience to generate new business.
- People management skills. Resilient, driven and determined.
- Ability to communicate, lead by example and achieve success.
- A Full UK driving licence and own car.
