C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA Lead for a well-renowned global asset management firm. Based in the city, this role is office-based 4 days a week. This is a dual role with 50% covering traditional EA duties and 50% line managing a team of admin professionals. Fantastic company benefits, team culture and career growth!

Position : EA Lead

Salary: £75,000-£90,000 (DoE)

Hybrid set up: Flexible working

Key responsibilities for this insert EA Team Lead position:

• Managing, coaching and developing a team of EA's.
• Assisting with organisational structure.
• EA duties - diary management, meeting/event planning, travel arrangements and expenses.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• 7+ years of EA experience supporting at senior level.
• Proven experience line managing a team of admin professionals.
• Excellent MS Office skills .
