Job description
An exciting opportunityhas arisen to join a leading law firm based in Sevenoaks as a Conveyancing Legal Administrator.
Please do not apply if you are looking for a trainingcontract as this is not on offer with this role. It would be advantageousif previous the candidate has previousLaw Firm experience. - Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records
- Prepare new client file set up and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks including document management and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
