Job description
- Developing the test plan, overseeing its execution, and delivering a successful product.
- To lead and guide the testing team efficiently and effectively.
- Overseeing the testing team as well as collaborating with other team members such as developers, business analysts, system admins and 3 rd
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, developers, testers, and customers, resulting in a test architecture that facilitates an effective and cost-effective test framework.
- Well-versed in AGILE testing methodologies and DevOps while also completing the traditional Test Management tasks including progress against plan reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Driving the project to conclusion using auditory standards in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Required Skills
- Capable of communicating the demands of stakeholders to testers along with conveying testers' needs to project managers.
- Be adaptable to any changing requirements.
- Strong analytical & conceptual abilities, organisational strength, leadership abilities.
- Sound knowledge of various testing types & Azure Data Lakehouse automation tools.
- Track, report, and produce clear & concise status reports from ADO.
- Previous experience in Test and Project Management.
- Familiarity with appropriate test management tools (Azure Dev Ops) would be beneficial but not essential.
- Acquainted with different operating systems.
- Beneficial - Familiarity with Power BI or other visualisation tools
