Events and Marketing Manager – Cheshire (across 3 sites) – Up to £55,000 DOE

Please note you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle or transport to fulfil this role.

We are currently representing a further education establishment who are looking to onboard a hard-working and passionate individual to manage the Marketing, Admissions, and reception teams. Our client offers, support, teaching, and life coaching to over 11,000 students to give them the skills, knowledge, and qualifications they need for their future career or higher-level education.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for 10+ people across the Marketing, Admissions, and Reception teams. You will be responsible for creating ideas and making sure the strategy and daily implementation are rolled out and upheld by your team and the collaborating teams across campus. This ranges across Marketing, Events, PR, Admissions, Admin, and Brand, this opportunity is for someone who is looking to put their way of doing things into a role and wants to show constant improvements to an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong and positive leadership and management of the Marketing, Admissions and Reception team.
• Work across the campus and collaboratively with peers to promote all aspects of College experiences, opportunities and provision.
• Take responsibility for Marketing, Admissions and Reception, PR and Communications, brand identity and event management,
• Be a valued member of the Leadership Team and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team .

Requirements:

• Degree and/or comparable professional qualification;
• Full and valid UK driving licence;
• Evidence of on-going professional development;
• Relevant experience as a manager within a sector which is driven by quality and customer service;
• A management style that motivates and inspires others to achieve outstanding results at pace with exceptional results; and
• Experience of leading, developing and contributing to strategic and operational plans.
