Job description
We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer on contract to be based in Bristol working for a global Telecommunication organisation.
Skills
Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction, sometimes this will be the all-important first impression
Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers
You're passionate about customer service and eager to share that passion with others
Technical Skills required
Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix
Is familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace ( Windows 7/10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote )
Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites
Is familiar with working to SLA's
Is familiar from logging requests/incidents as they come in (ServiceNow)
