Job description

At Brook Street, an exciting opportunity awaits a Remarketing Specialist . The Remarketing department is dedicated to providing multi channelled vehicle sales - including Pre-de fleet, Priority Purchase (on line) and Auction sales.

Logistics and stock management also play a significant part to ensure we allocate vehicles to the correct sales channels and have control over our fleet from de fleet to eventual sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise and action tasks in the 1 Link Disposal Network system to maintain full control of our asset and consistently deliver against Remarketing targets and service levels

• Manage specific responsibilities for:
• De fleet logistics;
• Allocation and even distribution of models/mix to multi sales channels;
• Sourcing specific vehicles for the Priority Purchase Scheme (on line sales) and auctions in 1Link
• Publishing vehicles on our online platform

Manage and control stock levels and stock age at storage and auction sites, instigating movement instructions against required sales channel volumes - maintain stocking day targets and minimum number of vehicles on hold

Education, Training, and Experience:

• A strong self- motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Numerate and fully PC literate - with intermediate level Excel skills and the ability to grasp new systems
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

This is a temporary contract starting immediately till July 2024

Pay: £13.71 per hour
