Site Manager required for a leading residential developer in Essex to work on a large housing development. This is an opportunity to work for a very well respected developer with solid values and expert delivery. This developer has a great project starting around Chelmsford and will be looking for a senior site manager to oversee this project as the lead on site, managing an assistant site manager and on site team. The project will be delivering a large high-rise residential project of around 80 units.

This Site Manager would be working for a growing residential developer, a company who invests time and money into their employees and allow for progression through the business.

This is a major project with several years to run on it, so we are looking for a Site Manager who is looking for longevity and a career.

The ideal Site Manager will have great experience with developers and have worked on a residential housing project in the past. This Site manager will be a people person and diplomacy in their approach with clients and team members alike. This Site manager will be responsible for overseeing this project as no1 on site from ground works to completion, also overseeing an Assistant Site Manager.
