Payroll Coordinator - Permanent - London- up to £60,000 per annum - Hybrid basis

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a global law firm who are looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator, on a permanent basis. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR department and will be ensuring that each stage of the payroll process complies with due processes and procedures. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days within their central London office.

The Payroll Coordinator will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

• Processing payroll compliance for all European offices
• Ensuring payments comply with the various national and local pay arrangements
• Accurate monthly input and validation of all payroll information
• Dealing with any manual payments and special requests
• Dealing with any queries relating to compliance.
• Processing, calculating and recharging overtime payments

Key Skills:

• Experience in managing end to end payroll within a fast paced environment
• Work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
• A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
