Juice is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing company based near Chippenham and Bath, who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and help establish their exciting new offering to their existing client base and develop it further with new business across the UK.
If you are a dedicated sales professional with a track record of helping to establish new products and experience in insurance or Saas sales, this could be the role for you.
We are looking for someone who really knows sales inside out, and is comfortable creating the strategy alongside the Directors and then running with it. You will of course be completely supported, and this new product is a core focus of the business to bolster its offering in the market.

DAY TO DAY:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and analyse market trends to identify potential partners, customers, and revenue streams. Develop and execute strategies to expand our app presence.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including app developers, content providers, and other industry players. Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that drive mutual success.
- Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue from existing apps and explore new monetisation opportunities. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of app initiatives. Provide input on product enhancements and market trends.
- Track and report on key performance indicators: Monitor and analyse the success of app initiatives. Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience launching a new product to the market.
- Proven experience in business development within the tech industry, with a focus on mobile applications and Saas-based products.
- Strong understanding of app and Saas, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in the insurance industry desirable
