Job description
To work under the guidance of and in conjunction with the Practice Manager on the following:- Care Quality Commission Compliance Human Resources Collation of information, publishing, maintenance and review of Practice Policies & Protocols Complaints investigation, response and reporting Updating the Practice Facebook page and Website TeamNet Super User Data Quality & Legislation Compliance Fire, Health & Safety Facilities/Estates Management Monthly Workforce Returns Patient Reference Group Liaison Staff Well-being and Social Events Undertake Minutes of Partnership and Strategic Meetings Organisation of Practice meetings Monitoring of training compliance and organisation of internal Protected Learning Time Events
