What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their FinTech sales career and join our rapidly growing commercial team here at Teya. You don’t need sales experience to apply, just a willingness to learn, an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to be a part of a great team! You can check out all our values on our careers site but day-to-day you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Identification- Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory utilising market research, your network and industry knowledge
Building Relationships- Engage with potential customers in-person to understand their challenges, establish rapport and build trust to create a positive customer experience
Closing Sales- Using effective sales strategies (that we’ll teach you) to ultimately win new business and hit your targets
Product Knowledge- Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of all our different products (Don’t worry, you’ll have lots of training on this!)
Market Feedback- Collaborate with the wider business by providing valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings
Brand Representation- You will be a representative of Teya and the go-to person in your territory whilst embodying our values and vision
Business Expansion- We’ve got BIG plans for 2024 and this role will contribute to the overall growth of Teya in the UK
What are we looking for?
Your mission is to not only close a large volume of deals but also create lasting partnerships and support with the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. To do that, we’re looking for people with the following attributes:
Effective time management and organisation skills
A proactive self-starter who has a desire to go above and beyond your targets
A competitive spirit and a great team player
Strong resilience with the ability to overcome objections
A desire to learn and continue to develop
Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus!
What can we offer you?
On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £40-50,000 in your first year
