Job description
Skillsearch is looking for a talented and experienced Game Director/Executive Producer to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Game Director remote role is in Turkey and offers an attractive salary and benefits.
As a Game Director/Executive Producer, you will oversee the global release and launch of our casual game. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the product meets set time, budget and quality requirements, ensuring that it meets the requirements of a strict schedule and quality review process.
In your first few weeks in this Game Director/Executive Producer role, you can expect to:
- Establish and maintain a productive and communicative working environment, and ensure the team has the best organizational structure and culture
- Hands-on game development to create fun, engaging game features and provide the best game experience possible
- Evaluate the project's status daily, and identify and mitigate potential risks
- Deliver a product that meets set time, budget and quality requirements
To apply for this Game Director/Executive Producer role, you will need previous experience in casual games as a producer, product owner or game director. You will also require the following:
- Experience creating core in-game features for match-3 games, covering ideation, scoping, and design
- The ability to stay up to date on current trends in the game industry, familiar with mobile match-three games and casual games
- Understanding player expectations and market changes to help development teams steer their vision in the right direction
