Group Accounting Manager - Theale, Reading (2 days in office) - Salary to £80,000 plus 10% bonus, 7% pension and private medical care, plus more!
A great opportunity to join a £300million turnover FMCG SME as their Group Technical Accounting Manager, looking after a small team of two you will be charged with full reporting of the Consolidated Accounts, looking after internal and external Audit, production of the statutory accounts, also you will be hands on looking at cash flow and consolidated VAT - As you move through this year you will also be heading up a project to replace their current reporting system (Cognos). When we asked the Financial Controller why they have been in the business for the past 4 years they replied with "The business is complex, there is no denying this, but this means there is always something to be getting on with, something different is always cropping up. As we are part of a larger group with have had people move over to us from other areas in the business as well as some of my own team move sideways to other parts of the business so there is always opportunity to further your career".
