Due to this fantastic growth, CES has further opportunities within our award-winning Insulation department for an  IWI Technical Surveyor.

As  IWI Technical Surveyor you will ensure pre-arranged appointments are attended. These will be all across North Wales, West Wales, and South West England. You will provide excellent customer service to customers within their homes and communicate how the IWI Insulation process takes place. You will accurately gather information and transfer it to the relevant teams within the IWI department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend Appointments
• Build rapport and relationships with customers
• Adhere to company procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the IWI Insulation Process

Required skill set:

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with a good understanding of different systems
• Excellent time management
• Fantastic Organisation Skills
• The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
• Adaptability and Flexibility to carry out your duties
• Effectively be able to solve problems

Preferred skill set:

• Trade Background in Carpentry, Drylining, Plastering, IWI Knowledge.
• Experience of Insulation Systems
